Teadit Launches iQuote Portal to Streamline Industrial Gasket Orders

Pasadena-based sealing solutions provider Teadit has launched iQuote, a digital platform designed to automate the procurement of industrial gaskets. By centralizing pricing, real-time inventory tracking, and technical documentation, the system allows customers to bypass manual inquiries and secure specific product configurations in under a minute.

The platform functions as a self-service hub accessible 24/7 across mobile and desktop devices. Users can retrieve Material Test Reports, Certificates of Conformance, and Positive Material Identification reports directly tied to their sales order history. The interface covers a broad product range, including sheet materials, compression packing, and specialized metal gaskets, with pricing calculated based on specific dimensions and ASME standards for flanges.

Robbie Riggs, President and CEO of Teadit North America, stated that the initiative aims to reduce friction in the supply chain by providing immediate data access. While the portal automates routine procurement, the company maintains its sales and technical teams for complex applications requiring personalized consultation. Software Engineering Manager Josmar Cristello noted that the design focuses on speed, allowing users to identify stock and pricing for components like spiral wound gaskets within 30 seconds.

Access to iQuote is provided at no additional cost to verified account holders. Companies may register multiple employees for individual accounts, facilitating internal coordination between shop floor staff and office procurement teams. Interested parties can request access through the company’s official portal.
