The lawsuit contends that executives at ARS Pharmaceuticals provided overly optimistic projections concerning the drug's inclusion in CVS Caremark's insurance coverage. Defendants allegedly assured the market that this coverage would commence on July 1, 2026, in time for the peak allergy season. According to the complaint, these statements were either false or misleading, concealing adverse facts that resulted in shareholders purchasing stock at artificially inflated prices.
