The expansion brings two industry veterans to the London office: Nigel McHugh joins as Senior Account Executive to manage enterprise DXP architecture, while Kingsley Hibbert steps in as Senior Solutions Architect. Their focus is on helping regional firms modernize their digital platforms without sacrificing control over sensitive information.
Central to the company’s regional strategy is the Arc by Dataweavers platform, now available directly through Sitecore. This integration allows businesses to bypass lengthy procurement cycles, securing cloud infrastructure alongside their existing software investments. The service model ensures all deployments remain inside the customer's own Azure tenant, a critical requirement for organizations operating under GDPR or Middle Eastern data residency mandates.
CEO Ben Shapiro noted that the move addresses a common enterprise dilemma: how to scale headless, AI-first platforms while maintaining strict governance. By managing the underlying infrastructure, Dataweavers aims to support the surge in high-frequency traffic from AI agents, ensuring that digital teams can focus on deployment rather than the complexities of cloud operations.
