Versuni Brings Philips OneUp Electric Mop to North American Market

Traditional mopping relies on pushing dirty water across floor surfaces, a cycle Versuni aims to break with the North American launch of its Philips OneUp electric mop. Available in two models, the device uses a dual-tank system to ensure only fresh water touches the ground during cleaning cycles.

The Philips OneUp 3000 and 5000 Series eliminate the need for buckets and manual wringing by continuously dispensing clean water while recovering soiled liquid into a separate reservoir. This mechanism allows the mop to function on various hard surfaces, including sealed hardwood, laminate, stone, and vinyl. By controlling water release and recovery, the units leave floors up to 50% drier than conventional methods.

Versuni designed the hardware for efficiency, integrating a detergent dispenser directly into the tank that requires only a single drop per fill. The system utilizes a durable, machine-washable microfiber pad that attaches via a click-in mechanism, replacing disposable cloths. The 3000 Series, priced at $169.99, offers a 50-minute runtime capable of covering 540 square feet. The premium 5000 Series retails for $229.99, providing an extended 70-minute runtime and a 740-square-foot coverage area. Both models are currently available for purchase, with accessories including replacement pads and detergent refills sold separately.
