Red Barn Media Group Lands on 2026 Inc. 5000 List

Burlington-based Red Barn Media Group has secured the 1,245th spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, marking its rise as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. The marketing agency, which caters exclusively to home services contractors, also claimed the third-highest ranking among Vermont-based firms.

The agency’s expansion stems from a specialized focus on the HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical sectors across North America. By providing services ranging from search engine optimization to business coaching, Red Barn has moved beyond simple lead generation. Its model now includes developing scalable marketing programs for major manufacturers and distributors, effectively linking these large-scale suppliers with their local dealer networks.

CEO Drew Wade attributes the firm's success to its refusal to act as a generalist agency. By centering its operations entirely on the trades, the company claims it maintains a deeper understanding of the specific obstacles contractors face. As the business grows, leadership intends to reinvest in internal talent and proprietary technology, maintaining its niche strategy rather than diversifying into unrelated markets.
