The Monett, Missouri-based company reported full-year revenue of $2.54 billion, a 7.1% increase over the previous fiscal period. CEO Greg Adelson attributed the performance to robust technology spending and an expanding footprint in artificial intelligence, which has helped the firm secure 14 new banking institutions with assets exceeding $1 billion. Despite the quarterly dip in operating margin, the company’s non-GAAP adjusted revenue reached new highs for both the three-month and full-year periods.
Financial discipline remained a central theme, with the company repurchasing $448 million in stock throughout the fiscal year at an average price of $152 per share. Looking toward 2027, management issued guidance projecting GAAP revenue between $2.68 billion and $2.71 billion. CFO Mimi Carsley noted that while margin comparisons face headwinds due to a strong first half in the prior year, the company remains positioned for consistent revenue growth and long-term value creation through its strategic focus on service and innovation.
