Maintaining momentum becomes increasingly difficult as a firm matures, yet Thrive Aviation has managed to keep its trajectory steady. Co-founder and CEO Curtis Edenfield attributed the milestone to the company’s internal culture and the daily commitment of its workforce. This recognition highlights the firm’s evolution from a startup into a major player currently managing a fleet of approximately 30 aircraft.
Since its inception, the company has diversified its offerings through jet card memberships, on-demand charter services, and comprehensive aircraft management. COO and Partner Rickey Oswald noted that the team’s ability to adapt and raise performance standards remains the primary driver behind the consistent expansion. With a staff of over 200 aviation professionals, the company is now focusing on further infrastructure investment to support its growing presence in the national market.
