The acquisition represents approximately 0.15 percent of OCI’s issued share capital. Following the settlement, NNS holds 121,145,978 shares in total. When combined with the holdings of Nassef Sawiris, who is classified as a bidder under Dutch regulations, the group’s collective interest in OCI reaches 57.50 percent, or 121,535,708 shares.
NNS maintains that it may continue to purchase additional shares outside of its formal offer, provided such actions remain compliant with applicable laws. Any further acquisitions would be disclosed through public filings. The firm, a private entity founded in 2008, manages a diversified portfolio spanning public and private equities, credit, and real estate, and has functioned as a central investor in OCI’s ongoing corporate strategy.
