The channel serves as a repository for practical guidance, covering everything from microfilm chain-of-custody protocols to the intricacies of PDF accessibility under ADA Title II. By focusing on the mechanics of conversion projects—from initial scoping to final digital delivery—the company addresses specific hurdles faced by agencies managing thousands of boxes or microfilm rolls.

"We didn't set out to chase views; we set out to answer the questions people are already asking us," said Will Whitney, President and CEO of BMI Imaging Systems. He noted that the growth validates a strategy of stripping away sales pitches in favor of actionable, no-fluff content. Moving forward, the firm intends to expand its library to include deeper dives into CJIS-compliant hosting and the technical realities of digital preservation, ensuring that the channel remains a functional tool for those tasked with modernizing legacy record systems.
