The two-day event, scheduled for September 2–3 at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, gathers over 1,000 industry leaders for networking and professional development. For veterans exploring civilian career paths, the exhibitor floor serves as a tactical bridge to some of the country’s largest homebuilders, including Lennar Homes, Shea Homes, and Toll Brothers. More than 100 companies will showcase current innovations and housing services, providing a high-level environment for relationship building beyond the standard tradeshow format.

Jason Galarze, a U.S. Navy veteran overseeing veteran affairs for the association, emphasized that the event is designed to move beyond traditional networking. By providing a platform to meet developers and business leaders, the organizers aim to translate military experience into tangible professional opportunities. Interested veterans can coordinate their attendance by contacting Galarze directly, while general registration for the sold-out exhibitor floor remains available through the official event website.
