The firm operates as both an investment manager and a holding company, aiming to collapse the traditional gap between general partners and property operators. By integrating these functions, the founders intend to exert tighter control over asset execution. This inaugural strategy, InfraMed Properties, focuses on acquiring and managing critical outpatient medical facilities leased to major healthcare systems across the United States.
InfraMed arrives with significant institutional backing, anchored by Pantheon, which manages $84 billion in assets. The platform was developed in partnership with REDICO, a real estate firm with a 60-year history in development and operations. According to Elliott, the firm’s strategy is informed by the management of more than $10 billion in real assets over the past 15 years. The initial portfolio currently spans 16 states, with the partnership looking to expand the footprint of medical infrastructure in a shifting private markets environment.
