Advasa Holdings Reschedules Nasdaq Direct Listing to August 25

Advasa Holdings, the fintech firm behind the FUKUPE earned wage access platform, has pushed the debut of its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market to August 25, 2026. The shift aims to ensure the completion of final administrative clearing procedures for its direct listing under the ticker symbol ADBT.

The company, which operates primarily through its Tokyo-based subsidiary, is coordinating with the Depository Trust Company and various brokerage clearing participants to finalize the electronic intake of shares. This extra week is intended to synchronize execution across international platforms, including Japanese overnight and after-market sessions, ensuring an orderly market entry for selling stockholders.

Because the debut is a direct listing rather than a traditional initial public offering, trading will not begin at the 9:30 a.m. ET market open. Instead, the opening price will be established through Nasdaq’s auction process, meaning actual trading may commence later in the day depending on buy and sell order activity. WestPark Capital is serving as the financial advisor, with the company’s registration statement already effective as of August 11, 2026.
