The company’s operating profit after tax climbed 8.3% to RMB84.196 billion, while total revenue grew 12.6% to RMB615.351 billion. Shareholders are set to receive an interim cash dividend of RMB0.98 per share, marking a 3.2% increase over the previous year. This performance highlights a shift toward high-quality growth, specifically within the Life and Health insurance division, where new business value rose 11.2% to RMB24.847 billion.

Technological deployment remains central to Ping An's operational efficiency. The group reported that daily token consumption for its AI models exceeded 120 billion in June 2026. These AI agents now handle 81% of customer service volume, contributing to significant cost reductions and fraud detection savings. Furthermore, the firm successfully expanded its retail customer base to 253 million, maintaining a high retention rate of 99% for clients utilizing three or more product lines.

Beyond core finance, the group’s health and senior care ecosystem continues to scale. Ping An expanded its network to include over 38,000 partner hospitals and 245,000 pharmacies. The company’s focus on proactive health management and "integrated finance" solutions—such as the new pet insurance ecosystem—reflects a broader effort to capture value from evolving consumer needs in China's "longevity era."
