DCAI and Corti Unveil Sovereign AI Infrastructure for European Firms

European enterprises now have a pathway to bypass reliance on singular AI providers through a new collaboration between the Danish Center for AI Innovation and clinical-grade lab Corti. Their joint platform, Corti Models, leverages the Gefion supercomputer to offer sovereign governance, compliance, and significant reductions in operational AI expenditure.

The platform functions as a unified, model-agnostic layer, allowing businesses to deploy leading AI tools while maintaining strict control over data and security infrastructure. By utilizing the ISO-certified Gefion supercomputer—powered by NVIDIA technology—the system provides a single, OpenAI-compatible API that supports both on-premises and sovereign cloud deployments. This architecture is designed to cut AI costs by 5–10x, streamlining procurement in highly regulated sectors like healthcare and finance.

Corti Models is currently scaling its capacity with a new NVIDIA Blackwell B300-based cluster to accommodate heavy enterprise and public-sector workloads across the Nordic region. Trifork, an international software firm, has already signed on as the primary implementation partner to assist organizations in integrating these tools. CEO Andreas Cleve emphasized that the shift allows European companies to innovate without sacrificing data sovereignty or becoming beholden to external vendor roadmaps.
