The second edition of TIMA evolved into a massive audiovisual production, moving to the newly established Kai Tak Stadium to accommodate a significantly larger audience. Organized into three thematic chapters—Sparkle, Starlight, and Aurora—the festival featured a diverse roster including Charlie Puth, SUPER JUNIOR, aespa, BABYMONSTER, and Stray Kids. The scale of the event signaled a clear push by Tencent to position the awards as a primary bridge between Chinese-language music and global markets, including the European, American, Japanese, Korean, and Thai scenes.

Prestige was front and center as the ceremony handed out honors to industry heavyweights. Stray Kids secured the International Group of the Year title, while Charlie Puth was named International Artist of the Year. Other notable recognitions included SUPER JUNIOR for The Most Influential International Group of the Year and G-DRAGON, whose "Übermensch" project took home the award for International Digital Album of the Year. Regional talent also received significant spotlight, with William Chan honored as The Asian Crossover Artist of the Year and MC Michael Cheung Tin Fu recognized as The Recommended Asian Artist of the Year. Industry observers pointed to the heightened production standards and the successful integration of diverse fanbases as evidence of the event’s growing footprint in the international music landscape.
