The newly formed department moves beyond standard implementation and support, focusing on long-term value realization and operational optimization. Hinson, who takes on the role of Director of Client Performance & Growth, will manage a framework centered on delivering results, measuring performance, and evolving client use of the company’s platform. The initiative is designed to build forward-looking roadmaps that align with the specific strategic priorities of outpatient imaging centers and independent radiology practices.

Supporting this structural shift, Ron Cornett has been promoted to Director of Business Development. With over 30 years of experience in clinical operations and imaging informatics, Cornett is tasked with steering new products from early validation through to market launch. His background as a former radiologic technologist and IT leader at US Radiology Specialists provides a practical perspective on the workflow challenges currently facing the industry.

Rounding out the leadership changes, Chuck Wilcox joins as SVP, Revenue Solutions Portfolio Manager. Wilcox brings two decades of experience in healthcare revenue and operations, most notably from his 18-year tenure at Wake Radiology. His mandate at Royal Health is to synchronize medical billing processes, reporting, and execution to improve visibility across the revenue cycle. COO Steve Nassif noted that these appointments are intended to harmonize how the company creates value, ensuring that internal systems and client-facing partnerships grow in lockstep.
