Investors Face October Deadline in ARS Pharmaceuticals Securities Suit

Investors who purchased ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. stock between March 9 and June 24, 2026, face an October 5 deadline to move the court for lead plaintiff status. The class action centers on allegations that the company misled shareholders regarding the insurance coverage timeline for its neffy nasal spray.

The lawsuit, filed by Rosen Law Firm, alleges that ARS Pharmaceuticals provided overly optimistic statements concerning the rollout of expanded insurance coverage through CVS Caremark. Specifically, the complaint claims defendants assured investors that coverage would commence by July 1, 2026, in time for the peak allergy season. Investors contend these statements were misleading or omitted adverse facts, resulting in artificially inflated share prices.

While the litigation is active, no class has been certified. Investors are not currently represented by counsel unless they choose to retain one, and they may opt to remain absent class members. Those interested in participating or seeking appointment as lead plaintiff can contact Phillip Kim at Rosen Law Firm to review the requirements. The firm, which highlights its history in securities litigation, emphasizes that the ability to share in any future recovery is not contingent upon serving as a lead plaintiff.
