Atomic Mobile Taps Displaced Telecom Talent for New Partner Network

With industry layoffs reshaping the telecom landscape, Atomic Mobile is launching a partner network that allows seasoned professionals to monetize their existing relationships. The program offers a path for consultants and former executives to generate recurring revenue by connecting Atomic’s infrastructure with new business opportunities.

The initiative specifically targets experts in wireless, MVNO, IoT, and enterprise mobility who find themselves navigating career transitions. Rather than traditional employment, Atomic Mobile provides a collaborative framework where partners identify client needs—such as eSIM strategies or Fixed Wireless Access deployments—while the company manages the carrier relationships, technology, and execution.

Founder Brian Latchford launched the program to bridge the gap for veterans with decades of experience who are currently sidelined by industry restructuring. By shifting the focus from standard commission models to individualized commercial agreements, Atomic aims to build a flexible ecosystem that rewards partners for their expertise in opening doors and identifying complex connectivity problems.
