McLean & Company Sets Human-Centric Focus for Signature 2026 Conference

As artificial intelligence and digital transformation reshape the corporate landscape, over 700 HR executives are set to gather in Las Vegas this October for McLean & Company’s Signature 2026 conference. The three-day event aims to bridge the gap between abstract technological trends and concrete, measurable organizational impact.

Running from October 4 to 6 at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, the summit addresses the increasingly complex intersection of people strategy and business priorities. With the theme "Human-Centric. Future-Ready," the agenda moves away from theoretical discussions to focus on how leaders can scale AI adoption, manage high-stakes transformations, and foster employee trust in an era of rapid disruption.

Jennifer Rozon, president of McLean & Company, emphasizes that modern HR challenges are deeply interconnected. "AI decisions affect talent and culture, and transformation requires trust," Rozon stated, noting that the conference is built to help leaders translate these overlapping pressures into practical, actionable strategies. The program features a diverse lineup of industry experts, including AGCO CHRO Ivory Harris, who will detail the collaborative efforts between HR and IT required to scale AI, and former NASA Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer Brady Pyle, who will present mission-critical principles for building organizational resilience. Beyond keynote presentations, the event includes peer exchanges and "Analyst Alley" sessions, designed to provide leaders with candid insights into governance, pay transparency, and the evolution of the employee experience.
