The closed-end fund, trading under the symbol RVT on the New York Stock Exchange, currently manages $2.56 billion in net assets. While the one-month performance saw a dip of 2.73%, the fund maintains a long-term growth trajectory, boasting a 31.81% return over the past year. Investors should note that market prices, which stood at $18.09 at the end of July, often fluctuate independently of the underlying net asset value.

Portfolio diagnostics reveal a weighted average price-to-earnings ratio of 19.3x and a price-to-book ratio of 2.6x. The fund’s strategy remains heavily concentrated in the industrial and financial sectors, which account for 27.2% and 20.0% of net assets respectively. IES Holdings currently stands as the fund's largest position at 3.6% of net assets. Because the trust focuses on small- and micro-cap companies, the portfolio carries inherent risks distinct from larger-cap investments, including exposure to foreign markets and potential liquidity constraints.
