Poké House Makes Nevada Debut in Las Vegas

The fast-casual chain Poké House officially enters the Nevada market on August 28, planting its first flag at 7175 W. Lake Mead Blvd. in Las Vegas. This expansion signals a strategic push eastward for the California-born brand, which aims to leverage the city's status as a global culinary destination.

Gene Zhou, a business and operations advisor for the company, described the move as a natural progression for a brand focused on customization and ingredient quality. The Las Vegas expansion serves as a foundation for broader growth, with management already scouting further sites across the state to build on the momentum of their San Jose roots. Since launching in 2016, the chain has scaled to over 10 locations throughout the Bay Area, employing 200 people.

To mark the debut, the new shop is offering 20% discounts on all orders throughout the day. The first 100 patrons will receive branded tote bags, and the store will host a raffle to further incentivize local interest. While the company views this specific site as a launchpad, leadership maintains that the goal remains consistent with their original mission: prioritizing sustainability and community integration as they introduce their build-your-own model to new demographics.
