For Senior Partner Chuck Farah, the agreement serves as a logical progression for a firm that has spent years embedding itself into the local fabric. Rather than relying on simple advertising, the practice has focused on community-facing initiatives, ranging from providing free safe rides on New Year's Eve to offering college scholarships and distributing bicycle helmets to children. These efforts mirror the firm's broader operating philosophy since its 1979 founding.
"Reputation isn't something you can buy," said Chuck Farah, who leads the firm alongside his brother, Eddie. "It's what people come to believe about you after watching what you do." The firm, which has expanded from its original Jacksonville base to more than 25 locations across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, maintains that its growth is only valuable if it increases the capacity to serve local residents. By aligning with the Rays and the Rowdies, the legal team aims to deepen those existing ties, viewing the sports organizations as central pillars that bring the regional community together.
