The transition to the FS-HS line follows a rapid adoption phase for Vector, which first began producing FlexScreen products in November 2025. By embedding the technology as a standard feature across its vinyl window offerings, the Fergus Falls-based manufacturer has seen sustained demand for the low-profile, damage-resistant screens. According to Mike Brown, Vice President of Operations, the decision to scale up reflects the necessity for higher output without compromising product quality.
FlexScreen founder Joe Altieri noted that the swift upgrade demonstrates both the scalability of the technology and the strength of the partnership between the two companies. Developed alongside Erdman Automation, the new line is designed to streamline high-volume production, shifting Vector from a pilot phase to a full-scale operational model. This investment positions the company to meet tightening delivery schedules while maintaining its focus on the professional builder market.
