The acquisition bridges Imagenet’s 25-year history in claims adjudication and digital mailroom solutions with the specialized technical expertise of Analytica Consulting. Since its founding in 2015, Analytica has focused on data governance, visualization, and AI application across sectors ranging from government agencies to manufacturing. By absorbing these capabilities, Imagenet intends to help its healthcare clients extract deeper insights from their current infrastructure without the need for total system overhauls.
Greg Carnes, CEO of Imagenet, noted that the primary challenge for modern healthcare providers is not the volume of information, but the lack of actionable intelligence derived from it. Under the new structure, Analytica Consulting will continue to support its current client base while simultaneously embedding its data science frameworks into Imagenet’s broader technology stack. Managing Director Jun Lee stated that the partnership provides the operational scale necessary to expand the reach of their analytics tools. Financial terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed.
