The project spans iconic spots including Bodrum Yalıkavak, İzmir Selçuk, Muğla Göcek, Antalya Land of Legends, Istanbul Sirkeci, İzmir Çeşme, and Antalya Merkez. Each site prioritizes local aesthetics; for instance, the Selçuk location adopts stone masonry inspired by nearby Ephesus, while the Sirkeci outlet occupies a historic building overlooking the Bosphorus.

Beyond architecture, the strategy focuses on functional integration. The Göcek location mirrors the marina’s villa style, and the Antalya Land of Legends branch incorporates interactive digital game tables to cater to families. These design choices are part of a broader expansion strategy for the brand in the region.

CEO Mwaffak Kanjee confirmed the company has added 38 new restaurants this year, reaching a total of 332 nationwide. According to Kanjee, the focus remains on long-term investment, with site selection dictated by the architectural identity and lifestyle patterns of each specific city. By aligning interiors with local surroundings, the company aims to move away from standardized layouts toward spaces that reflect the character of the neighborhoods they occupy.
