Parent joins the company following a seven-year tenure as Executive Director of the Global Financial Markets Association, where she represented major capital markets firms on cross-border regulatory issues. Her background also includes leadership roles at Barclays and senior advisory positions at the Bank of England. During her time as General Counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on the Budget, she played a key role in drafting major financial legislation, including the Dodd-Frank Act.

Ondo Finance has prioritized regulatory alignment as it expands its tokenized asset offerings, which have recently crossed $1 billion in total value locked. The firm has already secured authorizations from the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority and the Abu Dhabi Global Market’s FSRA, while working through FINRA-registered subsidiaries. Parent is tasked with bridging the gap between blockchain innovation and traditional financial oversight, focusing on the global standards required for mainstream institutional adoption.
