Hangzhou SF Intra-city Industrial Co. saw its adjusted net profit climb 70.8% to RMB 265.8 million in the first half of 2026, as the company leveraged AI-driven logistics and an expanding fleet of autonomous vehicles to meet rising demand across its nationwide delivery network.

The company’s total revenue rose 14.7% year-on-year to RMB 11,739.5 million, bolstered by a 30% increase in intra-city delivery order volumes. Profit attributable to owners of the company reached RMB 349.3 million, a 154.9% increase, signaling a significant shift in operational efficiency. This growth was fueled by the firm’s neutral, third-party positioning, which allowed it to capture business from diverse retail and food delivery platforms as they sought reliable fulfillment partners.

Technological integration played a central role in these results. The company’s unmanned delivery network now operates in 124 cities with over 1,000 vehicles, averaging 60,000 active trips per month. Beyond hardware, SF Intra-city has deployed a full-scenario AI agent system to streamline dispatching, customer service, and rider training. These tools have helped shorten the onboarding period for new riders and improved the precision of order-to-capacity matching, keeping the fulfillment in-time rate at approximately 95% despite fluctuating market conditions. The active merchant base expanded to 1.23 million, a 44% increase over the previous year, reflecting the company’s success in penetrating both high-tier urban centers and lower-tier county markets.
