The Wisconsin cheesemaker claimed the top three spots in the Fresh Mozzarella class, with their Ciliegine, Medallions, and Bocconcini varieties taking first, second, and third place respectively. Beyond mozzarella, the creamery’s Mascarpone earned a first-place finish, while their Chocolate Mascarpone and Farmers Rope String Cheese secured second-place honors. The company’s Oaxaca Knot rounded out the performance with a third-place award in the Latin American Cheese class.

Roseanne Crave, sales and marketing manager, noted that sweeping the mozzarella category serves as a testament to the team's dedication. The products will be recognized at an awards ceremony and auction in Madison on September 28, where proceeds will benefit scholarships for students pursuing careers in food and agriculture. The Crave family operates a 2,500-acre farm in south-central Wisconsin, integrating sustainable practices like biodigesters and water recovery into their production process.
