The fund reported a net asset value of $11.36 per share as of June 30, 2026, calculated across 86.2 million outstanding shares. This marks an improvement from the $11.17 per share recorded on March 31, 2026. Financial performance for the three-month period ending June 30 included $15.2 million in net investment income, amounting to $0.18 per share.

Market performance proved robust during this window, with the fund generating $17.6 million in total net realized and unrealized gains, or $0.20 per share. This outcome stands in stark contrast to the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal period, which closed with a loss of $24.4 million. The fund, managed by AllianceBernstein L.P., maintains its focus on global high-income instruments as it navigates current market volatility.
