VIVIFY Technology to Power Evolution Metals Magnet Production

Florida-based VIVIFY Technology has signed a letter of intent to provide modular hydrogen power to Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp., bypassing traditional grid constraints to support the manufacturer's critical rare earth magnet operations. The partnership aims to secure reliable energy for a domestic supply chain vital to defense and EV sectors.

Evolution Metals & Technologies (Nasdaq: EMAT) is currently scaling its U.S. production capacity to 10,000 metric tons of rare earth magnets annually. As the company builds out its integrated industrial campus, it faces the industry-wide hurdle of securing consistent, high-volume electricity. VIVIFY Technology intends to resolve this by deploying its Flying Pig™ containerized hydrogen power units directly at the site.

Each Flying Pig™ unit delivers up to 1MW of power and operates independently of the legacy electrical grid. Because the system utilizes water as its primary fuel input and requires no external resupply, it offers a scalable solution that can expand alongside the facility's production phases. This agreement represents VIVIFY’s first public commitment to a major manufacturer, marking a strategic move into national defense-linked supply chains. Jason Herring, CEO of VIVIFY, noted that the company’s engineering focus is specifically designed to prevent energy bottlenecks in critical manufacturing environments. While the letter of intent is non-binding, the partnership signals a significant shift toward localized, grid-independent energy for heavy industry.
