This transition follows a six-year tenure at the firm, where he began as a Senior Estimator in 2018.

Chief Operating Officer Ryan Graham emphasized that the promotion reflects the company’s focus on risk management and project profitability. According to Kerstiens, Gerber’s background in project management provides a necessary real-world perspective that bridges the gap between initial bid documents and site execution.
