Rosenwald Private Wealth Moves $1.1 Billion to Indivisible Partners

Baltimore-based Rosenwald Private Wealth has departed RBC Wealth Management to join the Indivisible Partners platform. The transition of this $1.1 billion advisory team marks a continuing trend of high-net-worth practices seeking independence while retaining ownership and access to enterprise-level resources within a collaborative, advisor-owned growth partnership.

The affiliation with Rosenwald Private Wealth follows a period of rapid expansion for the Clearwater-based Indivisible, which has brought on six advisory teams and over $3 billion in assets in recent months. Firm founder Beth Rosenwald stated the shift was driven by a desire to maintain full control over the firm’s trajectory while scaling capabilities for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Her team, which includes Matthew Kunkel and Leksi Kovalerchik, has operated in the wealth management sector for nearly three decades.

John Thiel, Executive Chairman of Indivisible, noted that the move signals a preference among established firms for models that balance autonomy with institutional support. Unlike traditional wealth management structures, Indivisible allows advisors to hold equity in the parent organization while accessing niche services like tax alpha strategies and succession planning. This model is increasingly attractive to billion-dollar firms looking for a middle ground between total independence and the limitations of large brokerage houses.
