The facility is strategically positioned to serve a dense member base, with approximately 4,000 existing customers residing within a five-mile radius. This opening brings the credit union's total footprint in North Fulton to four branches, joining established sites in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and Sandy Springs. CEO Hank Halter noted that the organization has maintained a presence in the area since 2007, emphasizing that the new site is designed to support the essential banking needs of local families and businesses.
Staffed by a 10-person team, the branch offers specialized financial guidance, including access to home loan and retirement services. The location also incorporates two interactive teller machines to facilitate 24-hour ATM access for members. Currently, the credit union serves more than 21,000 members and over 1,100 businesses across North Fulton County, reinforcing its role as a key financial cooperative in the state.
