Holt joins the London-based firm following a career that bridges the gap between military service and high-stakes commercial consulting. A former British Army Officer, he brings a specialized background in crisis management and insurance, having previously founded and led a specialist firm at Lloyd’s of London. His appointment is intended to strengthen the firm’s position as it navigates an increasingly volatile global landscape for its multinational clientele.

Jackie Day, Managing Partner of Global Security, noted that Holt’s expertise in strategic advisory and his commercial track record are essential for the firm's next phase. For his part, Holt emphasized his long-standing familiarity with the company, noting that he intends to guide the practice through a period where client risks are becoming more complex and interconnected. The Advisory and Risk Consulting practice functions as a central hub for security governance and business resilience, supporting major corporations in responding to converging threats.
