Inland Empire Health Plan Secures Fifth Consecutive Workplace Award

Ranking 34th on Fortune’s 2026 list of Best Workplaces in Health Care, Inland Empire Health Plan has once again been recognized for its internal culture. The recognition follows a rigorous evaluation of employee feedback from across the healthcare industry. Surveying more than 3,800 team members at the local health plan, the process revealed that 87% of the staff view the organization as a positive place to work. The data, aggregated by Great Place To Work, measured key indicators such as organizational credibility, fairness, and respect.

Chief Executive Officer Jarrod McNaughton attributed the ranking to the organization's 30-year legacy of collective care. Supporting this, Chief People Officer Supriya Sood noted that the company prioritizes long-term growth for its nearly 3,600 employees. As one of the nation’s largest Medicaid health plans serving 1.4 million residents in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, the organization continues to emphasize a mission-driven approach alongside its operational scale.
