The company’s net revenue reached $712.2 million, surpassing the $708.9 million consensus estimate from Wall Street. Performance was driven by the firm's derivatives markets, which climbed 22% to $401.7 million. Meanwhile, cash and spot markets added $131.4 million in net revenue, and the data-vantage segment contributed $179.1 million, marking gains of 12% and 13% respectively.
Chief Executive Craig Donohue attributed the results to sustained momentum and the execution of long-term strategic goals. Notable milestones include the extension of the exclusive S&P license through 2051 and the expansion of proprietary clearing capabilities. Based on these results, Cboe updated its guidance, now projecting organic net revenue growth in the high-teens range for the remainder of the year.
