Executive Compensation Details
As part of his permanent appointment, Reagan will receive an annual base salary of $1.2 million. The company also confirmed that his package includes an annual cash bonus with a target of 150% of his base pay, according to official disclosures. This compensation structure aligns with industry standards for top-tier defense and technology contractors.The leadership change follows the exit of Toni Townes-Whitley, who took the helm in October 2023 before departing the company late last year.
