According to the filing, the company failed to disclose significant headwinds, including a marked slowdown in user enrollment and a decline in on-platform communication. These undisclosed operational challenges reportedly led to a sharper drop in growth rates than investors were led to believe, rendering previous public statements materially false.

Shareholders who suffered financial losses during this period have until August 7, 2026, to petition the court to serve as lead plaintiff.
