The company’s net profit climbed to 2.23 billion yen, up from 1.65 billion yen in the previous year, according to figures released under Japanese accounting standards.
Operating profit for the firm rose to 3.22 billion yen, compared to 2.38 billion yen a year earlier, while pretax profit reached 3.19 billion yen. Shareholders saw a corresponding increase in returns, with earnings per share rising to 115.71 yen from 85.46 yen.
