Fiscal 2026 marked a pivotal transition for the Woodcliff Lake-based company, which saw its annual revenue climb 22% to $443.8 million. Operating income for the fourth quarter reached $11.0 million, a sharp turnaround from the $7.0 million loss recorded during the same period in 2025. This performance was bolstered by a 30% increase in annual services revenue, which now serves as the primary engine for the firm's profitability.

CEO Steve Towe emphasized that the business has entered fiscal 2027 with a more focused strategy, projecting free cash flow to exceed $30 million. The company successfully executed on cost synergy targets, realizing $34 million in savings over the last two years. Looking ahead, Powerfleet anticipates continued momentum driven by its Unity safety solutions and a larger sales pipeline, with revenue guidance for fiscal 2027 set between $485 million and $490 million.
