The award recognizes the deepening collaboration between the Oakbrook Terrace-based firm and the university’s procurement department. For the past eight years, Card Integrity has provided expense monitoring services for over 240 campus departments. In 2025, the partnership expanded as the university tapped the company to overhaul its cardholder training and compliance protocols.
According to university officials, the decision to grant the award stemmed from the firm’s ability to replace legacy systems with a customized, branded training platform featuring randomized testing and integrated reporting. Forensic Principal Amanda Todhunter noted that the firm intends to maintain this high level of service as the university continues to refine its internal financial policies.
