The recent transactions bring the company’s total buyback activity to 17,332,139 shares since the initiative launched on March 30, 2026. With an average purchase price of €18.00 per share recorded during the latest period, the cumulative expenditure for the program has reached €327,850,934. These moves are part of a broader financial effort to manage outstanding equity, with the company providing weekly updates on its investor relations portal to ensure compliance with the European Union’s Market Abuse Regulation.
