Intellia Therapeutics Surges on Strong Gene-Editing Trial Data

The HAELO trial demonstrated that lonvo-z significantly outperformed the placebo, slashing monthly attacks requiring intervention by 89%. Patients receiving the experimental gene-editing therapy also saw a 91% reduction in moderate-to-severe episodes, with no reports of serious adverse events throughout the study. These findings reinforce the clinical viability of the treatment, which aims to address the recurrent swelling that characterizes this genetic disorder.
