CanQualify Overhauls Compliance Platform with New Interface and Free Tools

Contractors and suppliers face mounting pressure to track safety, insurance, and workforce data, prompting Torrance-based CanQualify to launch a major platform overhaul. The update aims to reduce administrative friction by introducing a modernized dashboard and a new free, self-managed version of its InQual qualification software.

The platform refresh centers on a modernized interface designed to streamline navigation and accelerate access to critical compliance metrics. By improving mobile responsiveness and dashboard usability, CanQualify intends to help hiring clients maintain better oversight of contractor safety records and insurance status without adding complexity to the management process.

Alongside the interface upgrades, the company introduced a free self-managed version of its InQual tool. This version allows contractors to independently maintain their qualification profiles, upload documentation, and track compliance status year-round. According to founder Aaron Harker, the shift aims to improve readiness for client requests and minimize the administrative burden typically associated with multi-industry compliance standards. Looking ahead, CanQualify is developing integrated workforce management features, including digital training libraries and certification tracking, to consolidate employee qualification data within the existing platform ecosystem.
