The partnership combines Convr’s automated intake and decisioning platform with the specialized wildfire modeling of Green Shield Holdings’ Property Guardian. By surfacing structure, parcel, and community-level data inline, the integration aims to replace cautious account rejections with defensible, data-backed underwriting. This workflow adjustment enables insurers to identify specific resilience factors rather than relying on blunt risk assessments or expensive in-person inspections.
John Stammen, CEO of Convr, noted that underwriters previously struggled with fragmented data, often forced to toggle between multiple systems to verify risk. By centralizing this intelligence, the platform allows firms to maintain appetite in markets once deemed too complex to model. Pat Blandford, founder of Property Guardian, added that the collaboration provides the clarity needed to transform wildfire-exposed business from an automatic decline into a profitable, manageable risk profile. The integration is currently available for all existing Convr customers.
