The agreement targets immediate U.S. government defense programs, focusing on tactical and training ammunition requirements. By combining CBC’s vertically integrated global production capacity—which currently outputs over two billion rounds annually—with Paligen’s engineering capabilities in Tampa, Kentucky, and Texas, the companies intend to build a more resilient domestic supply chain. The collaboration spans the full product lifecycle, from initial engineering and qualification to final program execution.
Fabio Mazzaro, CEO of CBC Global Ammunition, highlighted the move as a critical step in deepening the firm’s commitment to the U.S. market. Katie Hartman, Vice President at Paligen Technologies, emphasized that the joint effort is designed to modernize supply chains for the Department of War. This partnership arrives as CBC marks its 100th anniversary, leveraging its existing footprint across Brazil, the United States, Germany, and Belgium to meet the evolving demands of allied defense forces.
