Following the acquisition, Hanna Steel will be integrated as a division of Bull Moose, a subsidiary of the Caparo group. Bull Moose currently operates seven manufacturing plants across the United States, producing a broad range of welded steel tubing for sectors including infrastructure, heavy equipment, and commercial construction. Leadership from both firms emphasized that the merger aims to combine Hanna’s specialized production capabilities with the larger scale and distribution network of Bull Moose.

John Krupinski, CEO of Bull Moose, noted that the acquisition aligns with the company’s long-term growth strategy by adding complementary assets and experienced personnel. The Hon. Ambar Paul, Chairman of Bull Moose, described the move as the firm's third major investment in recent years, reinforcing a pattern of expansion within the North American steel sector. Jill Cunningham, Vice-Chair of Hanna Steel, added that the partnership will allow the company to maintain its service standards while leveraging Bull Moose’s broader manufacturing reach.
