EY integrates Simpplr AI to bolster workforce transformation tools

Transformations are won or lost in the daily employee experience, according to EY Global People Consulting Leader Kim Billeter. To bridge the gap between strategy and execution, Ernst & Young LLP is embedding Simpplr’s AI-powered communications and analytics into its existing workforce platform to personalize how companies manage large-scale change.

The new offering, dubbed Transformation Experience, functions as a core component of the EY Workforce Platform. By pairing EY’s change management methodology with Simpplr’s search and sentiment analysis tools, the firm aims to move beyond static communication. Instead, the system provides leaders with real-time insights into workforce sentiment, allowing them to deliver tailored messaging that encourages adoption during complex corporate shifts.

This integration also feeds into the broader EY.ai Value Blueprints, which guide organizations on human-AI collaboration. Dhiraj Sharma, founder and CEO of Simpplr, noted that the partnership focuses on helping companies listen to their employees more effectively. By surfacing the right information at the right time, the platform seeks to reduce the friction that often stalls multi-wave business transformations. This push aligns with EY’s strategy to help clients upskill their workforce for AI-driven environments while identifying new revenue streams and operational models.
