Backed by the underwriting heritage of Pinnacol Assurance, the expansion allows brokers to issue single policies that span state lines. This multi-state capability simplifies coverage for businesses operating across Kentucky and its neighbors, such as Tennessee, Indiana, and Illinois. Agents using the Attune portal gain access to over 345 straight-to-bind class codes and a streamlined direct-billing system.

EverPeak President Kathy Kranz noted that the initiative aims to pair digital efficiency with specialized industry expertise to address high-risk coverage gaps. The product supports a diverse range of sectors, from retail and food services to healthcare. Brokers can manage payments through flexible structures, including full-term options or ten-installment plans with varying down payments, as they integrate these new offerings into their existing portfolios.
