This design allows the lubricant to be packaged in portable sticks or custom-molded shapes tailored to specific mechanical requirements.

Beyond portability, the stick format offers a clear efficiency advantage. In office equipment maintenance, the technology can reduce conventional oil consumption by nearly 80%. Daicel achieved the necessary material precision through a proprietary manufacturing process that creates particles with a uniform, sharp distribution—a feat previously considered difficult with standard grinding methods. Maia Co. Ltd. plans to roll out the solution across diverse sectors, including conveyor system maintenance, bicycle repair, and large-scale industrial machinery support.
